Spraytech Insulators came out to insulate the crawl space/ underside of my cabin. Caleb communicated with me about cost and details of the project, in a timely manner. Crew did an excellent job from removal of old insulation to the new spray foam. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use Spraytech for any future projects.

Spray tech insulators did an outstanding job on our new construction project they went above and beyond our expectations. In the photo that’s 3 inches of insulation on the walls the walls are 2 x 8 construction and we have 5 inches on the ceiling it’s definitely overkill on the ceiling using 5 inches of such a premium product but that’s what the architect was calling for so that’s what we gave him. We will definitely be using them for our next project and I would definitely recommend using them for your project. Todd Fritsch Fritsch Homes LLC. Milwaukee Wisconsin thank you so much for the great work

We hired these guys to come up north where we built our new cabin. I had gotten three other estimates and Spraytech came in right in the middle. We hired them because Caleb took the time to explain the differences between foams on the market and how its insulation properties work. The guys showed up a little later in the afternoon than what they expected, but worked late into the evening. The next morning they were hard at work at 4 a.m.! Our house was completed by 7 p.m. and they were on their way back home with a 3 hour drive ahead of them. I am extremely impressed with how warm and sound proof our new place is! I would highly recommend these guys!

Secure your home with Crawl Space Encapsulation in Little Chute today.

Enhance home security with spray insulation today. It shields against temperature fluctuations, conserves energy, and ensures a cozy, comfortable living environment.

Crawl space encapsulation can face issues if not properly done. Inadequate sealing may lead to moisture buildup, mold growth, or poor ventilation. Incorrect installation may cause energy inefficiency. Choosing a professional contractor is crucial to avoid these problems and ensure the system’s effectiveness.

Crawl space encapsulation may not be suitable if the space has major structural issues, such as severe foundation problems. It’s also discouraged if the crawl space is already very dry or if there’s a lack of proper drainage. Professional assessment is essential to determine whether encapsulation is the right choice for a specific situation.

An excessively dry crawl space can lead to issues like wood contraction, which can affect your home’s structural integrity. It can also result in uncomfortable indoor conditions and increased energy consumption. Proper ventilation and moisture control measures may be needed to maintain a balanced environment.

It’s generally discouraged to use an encapsulated crawl space for storage. While it’s protected from moisture and pests, it’s not designed for regular access, and items may be subject to temperature fluctuations. Using an attic or basement for storage is a more suitable option.

Moisture in a crawl space can be caused by various factors, including groundwater, rainwater runoff, and high humidity. Poor ventilation, leaking pipes, and inadequate drainage can exacerbate the issue. Proper moisture control measures, like encapsulation and dehumidifiers, can help prevent and manage moisture problems.
